The rules that govern your use of JustiVox.

The Service

JustiVox is a workplace intelligence tool that helps you document situations, analyse workplace dynamics, and draft professional responses.

JustiVox is NOT:

  • A law firm or legal advice service
  • A substitute for professional legal counsel
  • A union representative service
  • A therapy or counselling service

All analysis and responses generated by JustiVox are provided for general guidance only. For formal proceedings, always consult a qualified employment lawyer or your union.

Your Account

  • You must be 16 or older to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must not share your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these terms
  • Are used for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the service

Acceptable Use

You can use JustiVox for:

  • Documenting your own workplace situations
  • Drafting professional workplace communications
  • Understanding your workplace rights
  • Building a personal record of workplace events

You cannot use JustiVox for:

  • Harassing, targeting, or defaming individuals
  • Generating false documentation
  • Any unlawful purpose
  • Attempting to access other users' data

Subscription and Payment

Free plan: Available to all registered users.

Pro plan: Billed monthly or annually as displayed at checkout.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds for unused periods unless required by law.

Refunds:

We offer a full refund within 14 days of first purchase if you are not satisfied. Contact support@justivox.com.

Price changes:

We will notify you at least 30 days before any price changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Intellectual Property

  • JustiVox and its content are owned by JustiVox.
  • Your case data and responses belong to you.
  • We do not claim ownership of content you create.
  • You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

JustiVox is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • AI-generated responses will be accurate
  • Analysis will be suitable for your specific situation

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustiVox and its operators shall not be liable for:

  • Any decisions made based on AI-generated analysis
  • Outcomes of workplace disputes or legal proceedings
  • Loss of data due to technical failure
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.

EU users retain all rights provided under applicable EU consumer protection legislation, including the right to dispute resolution through ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION processes before pursuing court proceedings.

Changes to These Terms

We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.

Continued use of JustiVox after notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
