Terms of Service

JustiVox is a control system that helps you document workplace situations, understand what happened, and draft professional responses.

All guidance and responses prepared by JustiVox are provided for general guidance only. For formal proceedings, always consult a qualified employment lawyer or your union.

• You must be 16 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not share your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Are used for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the service

Free plan:Available to all registered users with limited Guidance usage.

Starter plan:Guidance access billed monthly or annually as displayed at checkout.

Premium plan:Includes Case Overview features and is billed monthly or annually as displayed at checkout.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Cancellation:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds for unused periods unless required by law.

Price changes:

We will notify you at least 30 days before any price changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

• JustiVox and its content are owned by JustiVox.
• Your case data and responses belong to you.
• We do not claim ownership of content you create.
• You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service.

JustiVox is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Prepared responses will be accurate
• Guidance will be suitable for your specific situation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustiVox and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any decisions made based on prepared guidance
• Outcomes of workplace disputes or legal proceedings
• Loss of data due to technical failure
• Any indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.

EU users retain all rights provided under applicable EU consumer support legislation, including the right to dispute resolution through alternative dispute resolution processes before pursuing court proceedings.

We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.

Continued use of JustiVox after notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
