What we collect

JustiVox collects only what is needed to operate the service.

  • Account information: email, name, password.
  • Workplace descriptions: situations you submit for analysis.
  • Usage data: how you interact with the service.
  • Device information: browser, IP address, device type.

How we use it

  • Run the analysis you requested.
  • Process payments and account changes.
  • Send service-related notifications.
  • Comply with applicable law.
  • Prevent fraud and abuse.

Training and AI improvement

By default, your submissions are not used to improve our models. You can opt in per analysis if you want to contribute.

If you opt in:

  • The submission and the response may be used to improve quality.
  • Your data is never shared with third-party AI providers for training.
  • Personal information (name, email, location) is removed before any training use.
  • You can change your preference anytime in Settings → Privacy.

Storage and security

Data is stored in the EU, encrypted at rest and in transit, and never shared with employers or external parties.

No system is invulnerable. We use standard industry safeguards, audit access regularly, and notify users of material incidents.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Object to processing.
